Dalmatinska, 2015, pronto plate lithography, helium ballons, site-specific

The space of the abandoned printer shop I’m filling with ballons – symbols of celebration and opening. From the same angle, there is picture from the opening of the printer shop in 1928, and the picture taken in 2015. Air filled ballons are floating in the space, they are not attached to the ground, but they are touching the ceiling and carrying the lithography. There is captured memory of the place that once belonged to others, and today it doesn’t belong to anyone.
